Asian Chef Opportunity – Luxury 5-Star Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria

We are partnering with one of Lagos' most outstanding and award-winning hotel restaurants to find an experienced Asian Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading five-star hotel and bring authentic Southeast Asian and Chinese flavours to an international audience.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong expertise in Southeast Asian cuisine (Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Malaysian, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Chinese culinary traditions and techniques
• International experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity
• Leadership skills to mentor and inspire the kitchen team

What’s on Offer:

Salary: US$30,000 per year
