We are looking for an inspirational Training Manager to join a flagship 5-star hotel in Abuja, Nigeria. With 500 rooms, multiple restaurants, bars, lounges, and an impressive function capacity of over 2,000 guests, this is a role for a dynamic professional who thrives in large, fast-paced operations.

About the Role:

As the Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the service culture, developing the teams, and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences — especially within the extensive F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement impactful training programs across all hotel departments, with a strong emphasis on F&B excellence.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and operational success.

Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure high engagement and performance.

Act as a mentor and coach, inspiring teams to exceed guest expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience working in Africa is essential.
  • Background in larger, high-volume 5-star hotel operations.
  • Expertise in FEB-focused training and development.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Formal training qualifications are a must.
  • Passionate, energetic, and a natural motivator.

Salary: US$42K net per annum.
