We are seeking a talented Chinese & Asian Chef to join a leading city hotel in Lagos, Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional who is passionate about authentic Southeast Asian and Chinese cuisine, and who thrives in an international environment.

You will play a vital role in the kitchen leadership team, focusing on training and development within the Asian kitchen, while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Expertise in authentic Southeast Asian and Chinese specialities

International experience within hotel restaurants

Strong background in training and team development

Passionate about mentoring and growing kitchen talent

Energetic, creative, and dedicated to culinary excellence

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
