Our client operates one of Papua New Guinea’s premier luxury hotels, and they’re looking for an ambitious Assistant Director of Finance to join their leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial analysis and reporting

Budgeting and forecasting

Audit and compliance

Asset and liability reconciliation

Cash and stock controls

What We’re Looking For:

• High ethical standards and lead-by-example attitude
• Experience in remote locations is a plus
• Strong financial interpretation and reporting skills
• Proficiency in SUN, Micros, Opera, and POS systems
• 2+ years in a similar role at an international four or five-star hotel or resort
• Degree in Finance or a related field
• Proven leadership with multicultural teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

The Package:

Salary up to US$3,000
