Director of Housekeeping – Leading 5-Star Hotel | Philippines

We are recruiting for a Director of Housekeeping for a prestigious 350+ room 5-star hotel in the Philippines, renowned for its commitment to exceptional guest amenities and world-class service.

As a key leader, you will oversee all aspects of the housekeeping division, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This role is pivotal in upholding the property’s reputation for excellence and delivering a luxury experience in every guest touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Director (or Executive Housekeeper) in 5-star hotels with 300+ rooms.

Prior experience working in Southeast Asia is essential.

Strong focus on guest amenities, room standards, and public area presentation.

Exceptional leadership and team development skills.

Eye for detail, efficiency in operations, and ability to manage large housekeeping teams.

High level of organisation and operational foresight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain luxury standards across rooms, public areas, and amenities.
• Manage large housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop housekeeping leaders and associates.
• Partner closely with Front Office and Engineering to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Control department costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Drive innovation in service delivery and sustainability initiatives.
