A prominent 5-star hotel in the Philippines is seeking a Director of Marketing — a true marketing specialist who can elevate the hotel’s brand presence, market positioning, and commercial performance.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, creative, and strategic leader who brings real expertise in brand development, marketing campaigns, digital strategy, and guest engagement within large hotel environments in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the hotel’s brand vision and commercial goals.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all channels.
• Lead the creation of compelling digital marketing, social media, and PR campaigns.
• Manage key marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
• Work closely with the Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to drive market share growth and guest loyalty.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics and adapt strategies for maximum ROI.
• Guide and mentor the in-house marketing team, encouraging innovation and excellence.
