Revenue Manager – Sydney-Based | Luxury Fiji Resort Portfolio

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, strategic Revenue Manager with the analytical mind of a data expert and the detail-focused eye of a reservations pro.

Based in Sydney, you’ll lead a team of 4 and support one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in the world, located in breathtaking Fiji. You’ll be responsible for rate distribution, systems setup, reporting structures, and translating numbers into actionable strategies for key stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team
• Strong skills in SynXis (distribution) and OPERA (reservations/guest management)
• A deep understanding of revenue management principles and market dynamics
• Oversee the daily operations and mentor of the reservation team
• Experience in setting up automated reporting and inventory control systems
• A flamboyant presence, positive energy, and a get-it-done attitude
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders

The role includes:

Full ownership of revenue strategy and channel performance

Leading internal revenue team and collaborating across departments

Ensuring data accuracy and optimal availability across online platforms

Supporting commercial goals with timely and insightful reporting

Salary: AU$135,000–AU$145,000 + discretionary bonuses+ Ultra modern office facilities including fitness centre
