A leading international hospitality group is seeking a Cluster Director of Business Development to lead commercial strategy across a portfolio of branded properties located just 100km outside of Manila.

This senior role will focus on driving revenue growth, identifying strategic partnerships, and increasing market presence. You will collaborate closely with property-level and regional teams to align business goals and execute targeted sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead business development strategies across multiple properties

Manage and guide sales, marketing, and revenue teams

Establish and strengthen key client and stakeholder relationships

Analyse market trends and performance data to drive commercial decisions

Represent the cluster in national and regional commercial initiatives

Requirements:

Extensive experience in business development or commercial leadership within the hospitality industry in the Philippines

Strong background in working with branded hotel properties

Proven success in a cluster or multi-property role

Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Open to all nationalities, but experience in the Philippine market is essential
