We are seeking an experienced and driven hospitality professional to join a reputable branded property in the Clark region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning and execution within your department or across multiple functions
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
Manage all digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
Coordinate with sales, PR, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Oversee content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimise marketing activities.
Plan and execute events, promotions, and partnerships to support lead generation and customer engagement.
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Manage external agencies and vendors for creative, media, and digital support.
Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence
Collaborate closely with department heads and ownership
Utilise data and market insights to inform business decisions
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in the local market
Requirements:
Proven experience in the hospitality sector in the Philippines
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach with a focus on results
Familiarity with the Clark region or willingness to relocate is preferred
Open to all nationalities, but local experience is essential
