We're seeking an inspiring Regional General Manager to oversee a collection of boutique-style properties across Melbourne. These are unique, lifestyle-driven hotels that thrive on creativity, local connection, and strong commercial results.

In this high-impact role, you'll take full ownership of operational performance, while driving revenue, executing promotional campaigns, and strengthening brand visibility in the market.

What You’ll do:

Lead day-to-day and strategic operations across multiple boutique properties.

Drive revenue growth through hands-on involvement in sales, distribution, and pricing strategy.

Oversee and collaborate on marketing and promotional initiatives to elevate brand presence and booking pace.

Be a visible and supportive presence across all sites — guiding General Managers and department heads through mentorship, training, and leadership.

Champion guest experience, team culture, and business results at every property.
