Hotel Manager – 4-Star Resort, Southern Africa

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to take the lead at a vibrant 200+ room, 4-star resort in Southern Africa. This lively, family-friendly property features four food and beverage outlets, extensive meeting and event facilities, and a team of over 250 staff.

• Reports directly to the Area General Manager based at another property
• High degree of autonomy and operational control
• Resort caters to families – personality must be outgoing and guest-focused
• Hands-on leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Candidate Profile:

Strong F&B background with solid banqueting experience

Prior exposure to rooms operations and marketing is highly desirable

Experience working with large, multicultural teams

Currently holding a Hotel Manager or similar leadership position in a 200+ room, 4 or 5-star hotel or resort

Used to working in remote or semi-remote locations

African experience is an advantage, but not essential

Confident, personable, and highly operational

Single status only 

Available to start as soon as possible

Package:

• US$5,500 net per month
• 2-bedroom furnished apartment provided
• Full medical coverage and pension benefits
• Annual flight home
