Financial Controller – Luxury Beachfront Resort, Zanzibar

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join the leadership team of a 150+ room international resort located on the stunning beaches of Zanzibar.

This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in one of the most beautiful island settings while contributing to the financial success of a well-established, high-end hospitality operation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position in an international four- or five-star hotel or resort
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting, purchasing, and Front Office management software and POS systems, including SUN, Micros, and Opera
• University or college degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Proven leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of effectively managing multicultural teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated stability in the last three roles

Package:

Salary US$4,500 net per month

On-site accommodation including all meals
