We are seeking an exceptional Reservations Sales Agent & Connector to join the exclusive team representing one of the most private, luxurious resort-style island operations in Fiji. With the head office located in Sydney, this role offers the unique opportunity to be the first point of contact for a discerning global clientele, including VIPs and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) guests.

About the Role

You are more than a reservation agent—you are the gateway to a world-class experience. As the first impression for guests and travel trade partners, your role is pivotal in setting the tone for every journey. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the island’s offerings and culture, supported by an immersive visit to the resort itself.

You will manage the end-to-end reservations process, ensuring seamless, personalised service that mirrors the exceptional standards of the island. Your communications will span across aviation teams, on-island operations, and head office departments, offering a holistic and coordinated guest experience.

• A polished and service-oriented professional with prior experience in high-end reservations or guest services
• A deep understanding of luxury travel expectations, with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Someone confident in managing complex itineraries and bespoke guest requests
• A genuine passion for hospitality, discretion, and creating unforgettable guest journeys
