We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across key market segments. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who thrives on building relationships, exceeding targets, and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, and travel trade markets
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular engagement and tailored solutions
  • Execute and contribute to the annual sales plan and marketing strategies
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
  • Collaborate with the revenue, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and contribute to budgeting and strategic planning

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel sales (minimum 5 years), preferably within the Melbourne market
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and MICE segments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire a results-focused culture
