Opening General Manager – 5-Star Luxury Resorts & Hotels

Promotion to: C-Level- Head of Operations 

Location: Initially Vietnam, with planned transfer to Singapore

Salary: US$200,000+ Negotiable

 We are seeking an experienced Opening General Manager to lead the launch of a flagship 5-star luxury resort in Vietnam, with a clear career path to becoming Head of Operations overseeing a prestigious portfolio of luxury resorts and hotels across three continents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the successful opening and full operational launch of a world-class 5-star luxury resort in Vietnam.
• Establish and maintain exceptional standards of service, guest experience, and operational excellence.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with the brand’s vision and values.
• Collaborate closely with ownership and stakeholders to drive commercial success and brand reputation.
• Prepare for a strategic transfer to Singapore to assume the role of Head of Operations after the successful opening phase.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience managing and opening 5-star luxury resorts or hotels.
• Group level experiences 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen and operational expertise.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to relocate initially to Vietnam and subsequently to Singapore.
