Job Overview
We are actively recruiting for a proactive Maintenance Person to service this large private residence on the Mornington Peninsula.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role
- Trade qualified
- Must possess a proactive, positive, and energetic attitude
- Respect the privacy of the family and guests
- Be able to provide a National Police Check

Responsibilities
- Proactively communicate with the Property Administrator in relation to the daily events of the houses and the requirements
- Work in a timely, cooperative, and positive manner with all staff – internal and external.
- Conduct scheduled (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) checks of houses and engineering systems (electrical/mechanical/hydraulic) troubleshooting and reporting any issues to the Property Administrator
- Assist Property Administrator with monitoring of onsite contractors following Contractor Procedure
- Clean all external areas of the house including terraces, walls, house entries, roofing and gutters, basement plant and storerooms, ramp, and garage.
- Clean and maintain property vehicle
- Maintain Owner’s cars when house including cleaning, refueling, checking tyres, parking ready to drive
- Clean, maintain (periodical oil) and place/put away outdoor furniture as required
- Clean internal and external windows
- Clean high areas inside the house including air conditioning ducts, light fittings, and high window sills removing dust and cobwebs
- Empty/clean house rubbish bins (kitchen and basement)
Salary Package
$70,000 + super + live in option
