Are you a dynamic hospitality professional ready to lead and energise a large front office team? We are seeking a Front Office Manager to take full ownership of the front office operations for a major international hotel in Perth.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will champion service excellence, drive operational efficiency, and lead a large, multicultural team. Reporting directly to the Director of Rooms, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience from arrival to departure.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all front office functions including reception, concierge, guest services, and night audit
• Mentor, coach, and empower a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Monitor and improve operational processes to ensure smooth daily performance
• Manage front office budgets, staffing, and productivity
• Drive guest satisfaction scores through proactive leadership and problem-solving
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Revenue, and Sales to ensure alignment and efficiency

About You:

• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant FOM in a high-volume, international hotel
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Excellent knowledge of front office systems, guest service standards, and operational procedures
• A passion for guest satisfaction and team development
• High energy, hands-on approach, and commitment to excellence
