What We’re Looking For:

• Southeast Asian background is essential
• Prior experience in Vietnam is a strong advantage
• Strong background in corporate/business hotels
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-outlet, high-volume operations
• Proven pre-opening and/or rebranding experience is highly advantageous
• A hands-on, adaptable leadership style with strong commercial acumen
• Ability to mentor, inspire, and build high-performing teams
