We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of the Maldives’ most exclusive luxury resorts — a breathtaking property known for its beautifully designed villas, unparalleled service, and a distinguished guest list that regularly includes VIPs and global celebrities.

About the Role:

This is a high-profile leadership role, ideal for a visionary hospitality professional who thrives in remote island settings and is passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences. The property is undergoing strategic development, and we are especially interested in candidates with experience in rebranding, repositioning, and pre-opening of luxury resort assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full operational and strategic leadership of the resort
• Lead all departments to ensure consistent delivery of five-star guest experiences
• Drive team performance, financial results, and operational efficiency
• Oversee branding, repositioning, or enhancement initiatives
• Build strong relationships with high-profile guests and stakeholders
• Foster a culture of excellence, training, and team development

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success as a General Manager in ultra-luxury resort environments

Strong pre-opening and/or rebranding experience

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in remote locations

Exceptional guest engagement skills, especially with VIP and celebrity clientele

A background in iconic island or destination properties preferred
