Cluster IT Manager – Luxury Hotel Group | Nigeria

Our client operates two of Nigeria’s leading five-star hotels and is now seeking an experienced and proactive Cluster IT Manager to oversee and support all IT operations, systems, and infrastructure across both properties. Combined, the hotels feature close to 1,000 rooms, 12 food and beverage outlets, and extensive conference and event facilities.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role suited to a versatile IT professional with strong leadership and technical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience as an IT Manager within large, internationally branded five-star hotels. We're looking for someone calm under pressure, resourceful, and capable of maintaining high service standards even in challenging operating environments.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience working in Africa is highly advantageous
• Strong decision-maker with a composed and pragmatic personality
• Able to think on their feet and solve problems effectively in remote or logistically complex locations
• Willingness to commit long hours and take ownership of issues as they arise
• Currently, in a similar IT leadership role within a reputable five-star hotel
• Experience with international hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Accor, IHG, Radisson, or Kempinski is essential
• Holds internationally recognised IT qualifications
• Technical Skills and Experience Required:
• Knowledge and experience with hotel systems, including: PMS, POS, Materials Management & Financial Software
• Familiarity with Opera PMS, Delphi Sales & Catering, Symphony POS, and Sage is highly desirable
• Hotel network infrastructure and management
• Server configuration and administration (Windows OS)
• Firewall installation and management
• IPTV systems and channel configuration
• CCTV setup and maintenance
• Electronic door lock system management

Package & Benefits:

Salary: Up to US$5,000 net/month, depending on experience

Benefits: Medical cover, provided accommodation, annual return flight
