Melbourne CBD | 3 Days per Week

Our prestigious corporate client in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to support their Accounts and HR departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Controller with bookkeeping tasks
  • Handle basic HR matters and employee records
  • Perform accurate data entry and general computer-based tasks
  • Maintain and organise both digital filing systems for finance and HR records
  • Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth administrative processes
