Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation

• Strong experience in managing operations within busy, high-volume restaurants
• A natural flair for hosting and engaging with guests
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, and inspire staff
• Excellent communication skills with both visitors and team members
