An experienced F&B Professional is required for this Investment Company overseeing their F&B investments in the Melbourne CBD fringe and beyond.

This role will be responsible for overseeing an existing cafe, launching new standalone restaurants, and working with some of the big names in Hospitality. This role will be working closely with the CEO in designing and developing F&B concepts for future hotel developments within the group.

This group has 2 hotels opening in 2022 and 2023.

• Strong F&B background
• Experienced in developing concepts and launching outlets/hotels
• Preopening and project management skills
• Comfortable with working with large hotel groups in designing F&B outlets.
