We are delighted to be managing an exclusive search for an Executive Chef to lead the culinary team of one of the world’s most prestigious private island resorts. This property is celebrated globally for its exceptional produce, creative presentations, and luxury guest experiences.

The Role:

As Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations across the island, managing a team of 40 chefs while ensuring the highest standards of creativity, consistency, and service excellence. The position requires a strong leader with refined technical skills, a passion for innovative cuisine, and the ability to inspire and develop a large, multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a brigade of 40 chefs across multiple outlets and events
• Curate and deliver world-class dining experiences, emphasising premium produce and sophisticated presentation
• Maintain exceptional quality standards in line with luxury resort expectations
• Work closely with F&B leadership to drive innovation, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Oversee kitchen financials, cost control, and supplier relations

Requirements:

• Proven track record as an Executive Chef in luxury resorts, private islands, or remote operations
• Strong experience in international fine dining and bespoke culinary concepts
• Ability to manage large teams in a high-end, multi-outlet environment
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills
• Prior island or remote luxury resort experience is essential
