Commercial Director – Corporate Catering | National Role | Sydney Based

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to lead the nationwide growth of a rapidly expanding Corporate Catering group. This pivotal role, based in Sydney, will oversee commercial strategy, drive new business opportunities, and ensure the continued success of an already established brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial strategy and expansion of the company across Australia
• Develop and implement growth initiatives in corporate catering markets (NOT Events)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Oversee sales performance, contract negotiations, and partnership development
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver long-term growth objectives

About You:

Proven experience in commercial leadership, preferably within corporate catering, hospitality, or food service

Strong track record in business development and driving revenue growth

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operationally
