We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a prestigious flagship property in Melbourne. This is a high-profile opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional with a proven record in revenue growth, operational excellence, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning through strategic planning and commercial acumen.

Make decisive operational decisions to ensure smooth day-to-day hotel performance.

Develop, mentor, and motivate a high-performing management team.

Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting achieving business objectives.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality benchmarks, and health & safety regulations.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, partners, and the local community.

Requirements

Minimum 15 years’ experience in hotel management, with at least 6 years in a General Manager or Senior Management role.

Proven success in revenue management, operational leadership, and team development.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in budget management and P&L oversight.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Experience in luxury or flagship properties preferred.
