Executive Housekeeper – Private Island Resort, Indian Ocean

A luxury private island resort in the Indian Ocean is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage housekeeping operations across the resort

Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas and accommodations

Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver 5-star service

Maintain luxury standards aligned with ultra-high-profile guest expectations

Requirements:

Experience with industrial laundry equipment, machines, dryers and calendar press.

Excellent knowledge of laundry cleaning techniques and procedures. 

Proven experience in 5-star resort housekeeping, ideally in private island or remote luxury properties

Prior experience in the Indian Ocean region is highly desirable

Exceptional attention to detail, leadership, and guest service skills
