Key Responsibilities:

Oversee housekeeping operations for a property with 500+ rooms

Manage, mentor, and coordinate a large housekeeping team

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest service

Coordinate across departments to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:

Extensive experience in large hotel/resort operations

Strong leadership and team management skills

Highly confident in coordination, scheduling, and operational management
