Chief Engineer – Southeast Asia

One of the largest luxury properties in Southeast Asia is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead a highly efficient trades, maintenance, and engineering team across a property with 1,500+ rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations for the resort
• Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of trades and engineering staff
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, preventive programs, and operational standards
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Set operational metrics and continuously improve engineering performance

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in large-scale hotel/resort operations (preferably 5-star)
• Proven ability to manage, coordinate, and lead large teams
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering systems and maintenance best practices
• Prior experience in Southeast Asia is highly desirable
