Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a large engineering and maintenance team of 70+ professionals across all technical disciplines.

Lead all preventive maintenance, energy management, and asset protection programs.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

Work closely with the Executive Committee on CAPEX planning, cost control, and long-term asset strategies.

Drive innovation, efficiency, and technical excellence throughout the property.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in engineering leadership within large-scale hotels (800+ rooms).
• Proven experience managing complex multi-outlet, high-volume operations.
• South East Asia experience is essential.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Technically astute and business-savvy, with the ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining daily operational excellence.
