Salary: US$84,000 net per annum + service charge + R&R leave

Location: Maldives

An extraordinary opportunity awaits a visionary Culinary Director to join one of the Maldives’ most exclusive and prestigious private island resorts. This role calls for a leader with Indian Ocean experience, capable of driving culinary excellence across multiple award-winning outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and inspire a team of 100+ staff and culinary professionals across the island.

Oversee and coordinate 10+ restaurants and bars, each offering unique dining concepts and world-class experiences.

Ensure consistency, innovation, and quality across all kitchens, from fine dining to destination experiences.

Guide an international workforce with a firm yet caring leadership style, fostering creativity, discipline, and teamwork.

Collaborate with F&B and senior management to elevate the resort’s culinary identity and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven Indian Ocean resort experience (Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius, etc.) is essential.
  • Strong background in luxury or ultra-luxury resort operations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A creative and inspiring culinary professional with a passion for excellence.
