An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations for a large-scale hotel and casino property. This is a key leadership role, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and laundry

Lead, train, and motivate a large housekeeping team across multiple shifts

Develop and implement operational standards, SOPs, and quality control processes

Collaborate with other departments (front office, F&B, casino operations) to ensure seamless guest experiences

Manage budgets, inventory, and resources efficiently

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Report directly to the Hotel General Manager or Director of Operations

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in executive housekeeping management within large hotels or integrated resorts

Experience in casino operations is highly desirable

Strong leadership and team development skills for managing large teams

Hands-on approach with attention to detail and operational excellence

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and operational reporting
