Office Manager / Assistant to Senior Accountants – Accounting Firm

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and highly organised Office Manager / Assistant to support our senior accountants and ensure the smooth running of our accounting firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an accounting firm and a strong understanding of office operations, client priorities, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to senior accountants, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management

Assist with client communications and maintaining accurate records

Help manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow

Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and other accounting-related tasks as required

Maintain a positive and flexible attitude while prioritising tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with accounting processes and office operations
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive personality
  • Ability to understand priorities and support multiple team members
