Personal Assistant to Director – Accounting Firm

Location: Melbourne

Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director of a smaller Chartered Accounting firm. This role is key in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office and assisting both the Director and staff. Flexible hours can be discussed for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director with daily scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks

Coordinate general office operations to maintain a smooth workflow

Support individual staff members with administrative needs

Perform typing, document preparation, and other office duties accurately and efficiently

Liaise with clients and team members to ensure timely communication

Requirements:

Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Professional, proactive, and friendly approach

Ability to work independently while supporting multiple team members
