Who We’re Looking For

• You’re not just an F&B Manager—you’re a driver of culture, a natural mentor, and a born operator who shines in the organised chaos of high-volume resort life.
• African experience is non-negotiable – You know the rhythm, the pace, and the people.
• Hands-on to the core – Office chairs aren’t your thing; you belong on the floor.
• A background with large 4–5 star international hotels/resorts
• A magnetic trainer and motivator with real presence
• Cool under pressure, decisive, resourceful—especially in remote settings
• Able to unite, coach, and empower a diverse, multicultural team
• Strong business acumen and excellent computer literacy
• All-inclusive experience? Massive advantage.
• Confident communicator, fluent in English, with a warm personality (and yes—a great sense of humour is essential!)
• Formally qualified and with stable career progression
