We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of People and Culture to lead a larger Human Resources department for our client's luxury resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

This is a senior leadership role for a professional with extensive experience in luxury hospitality, shaping organisational culture, and driving high-performance teams across multiple departments.

Key Requirements:
•    Senior-level HR experience in luxury hospitality, managing large and flagship properties.
•    Proven track record in employee engagement, organisational development, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
•    Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
•    Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, performance management, and conflict resolution.
•    Cultural intelligence and fluency in Vietnamese with the ability to navigate local market dynamics.
•    Ability to implement innovative HR solutions aligned with business goals.
•    Academic credentials in HR, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management, with relevant certifications.
•    Willingness to work in remote Phu Quoc - strong presence and personality required.

Salary and Benefits:
90 - 120 million VND per month
