About the Role:

• Lead the culinary operations of a premier five-star boutique hotel in West Africa
• Hands-on role creating innovative dishes combining local flavours with global trends

• Key Responsibilities & Attributes:
• Lead and mentor a diverse, multicultural kitchen team
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene (HACCP compliance required)
• Drive creativity in fine dining and high-end buffet offerings
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and kitchen operations efficiently
• Hands-on leadership: active presence on the floor, not office-bound
• Bring flair, formal culinary qualifications, and strong culinary background
• Previous experience in luxury hotels (3+ years in senior roles)
• Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa preferred; international exposure advantageous
• Fluency in English is required
• Stable track record with properties under 100 rooms a plus
