Digitalisation & Innovation Manager – Leading Hospitality Group, GCC

Location: GCC Head Office

Salary: US$96K+ Bonus+ Expat Conditions, Married or Single Status 

About the Role:

• Lead tech-driven initiatives to improve operations and guest experiences
• Manage Application Architecture across IT, Operations, and business units
• Report directly to the Group CEO

Key Requirements:

• 4-year degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with emerging technologies (VR, AI/ML, Blockchain, Data Science a plus)
• Strong hospitality IT experience, GCC region preferred
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable tech solutions
• Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
