Salary: US$96,000 + Bonus | Formal Qualifications Required
Join one of the Middle East’s most prestigious and diversified hospitality providers, with a portfolio spanning luxury hotels and resorts, convention centres, residential buildings, fine-dining restaurants, casual cafés, spas and wellness centres, and retail businesses across the GCC.
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to work closely with the Group CEO in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across a multi-brand, multi-location organisation. This is a pivotal role for a forward-thinking leader who can transform traditional operations into agile, technology-enabled environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group’s digital transformation roadmap across all brands and business units
- Enhance operational efficiency through technology, automation, and smart systems
- Partner with individual IT units located across various GCC properties to ensure alignment, integration, and consistency
- Drive innovation initiatives that elevate guest experience, back-of-house efficiency, and business intelligence
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement digital platforms, solutions, and process improvements
- Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external vendors to modernise workflows
- Lead change-management initiatives to support digital adoption across the organisation
- Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and technology governance standards
Requirements
- Formal qualifications in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Business Technology, or related fields (mandatory)
- Proven experience driving digital transformation within hospitality, mixed-use developments, or large multi-unit organisations
- Strong understanding of hotel technology stacks, digital ecosystems, automation, and data-driven decision tools
- Ability to partner with executive leadership and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience working across multiple sites or countries, ideally within the GCC
- Strategic mindset with hands-on capability to manage complex projects
