Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Hospitality Division | Australasia

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead and manage the hospitality division of a publicly listed company operating across Australasia.

The Role

Provide strategic and commercial financial leadership across multiple hospitality business segments

Oversee financial governance, reporting, compliance, and risk management in a listed environment

Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and performance analysis

Partner closely with executive leadership to drive growth and operational efficiency

Lead and mentor multicultural finance and operational teams across diverse locations

Key Requirements

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within hospitality or related industries
• Experience working in island, remote, or hardship locations is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of public company reporting and governance standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site, multicultural teams across business segments
• Strategic, hands-on, and commercially astute leadership style
