Category Manager – Spirits

A leading importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages in Bahrain is seeking an experienced Spirits Category Manager (SCM) to lead and grow its spirits portfolio across on-trade, off-trade, retail, and home delivery channels. With a world-class portfolio of 400+ products from 50+ international brands, this role is key in driving category strategy, commercial performance, and market positioning.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in spirits or category management (GCC experience preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margins, stock & depletion control
• In-depth knowledge of premium spirits, craft brands, and emerging categories
• Confident presenter and trainer
• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM, PowerBI/Tableau, and Excel
• Fluent English essential; Arabic a strong advantage
