Category Manager – Wine

Leading Beverage Company | Bahrain / Middle East

About the Role:

• Take ownership of the wine portfolio across on-trade, off-trade, retail & home delivery
• Drive strategic planning, market insights, and category performance
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and suppliers to maintain market leadership
• Work with 400+ wines from 50+ international producers

You Bring:

• 5+ years in wine category management or commercial leadership (GCC preferred)
• Strong commercial skills: pricing, margins, inventory & depletion control
• Deep knowledge of old world and new world wines
• WSET Level 3+ required (Level 4 / CMS a plus)
• Confident presenter & trainer, engaging staff and customers
• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM, PowerBI/Tableau, Excel
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage
