Position: Executive Assistant Manager – F&B

Location: Vietnam

Salary: US$72,000

The Role:

Lead and oversee all F&B operations across multiple outlets

Ensure exceptional service standards, training, and team development

Collaborate with executive management to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction

Manage large teams and coordinate between diverse outlets and concepts

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced F&B Director or EAM from large hotels, all-inclusive resorts, casino operations, or cruise ships

Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-outlet operations

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Passionate about delivering extraordinary guest experiences
