The Opportunity

Join a distinctive boutique luxury resort in Bali with a strong lifestyle and experience-driven offering

Work directly with the Managing Director, influencing commercial strategy and brand positioning

Salary package: US$76,000 – US$84,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the Sales & Marketing strategy to drive leisure, experiential, and high-value resort business
  • Position the resort strongly across South East Asian source markets, leveraging deep regional insights
  • Drive performance across leisure travel, activities, dining experiences, and resort-led programming
  • Establish and maintain exceptional brand, service, and commercial standards
  • Manage partnerships with travel trade, DMCs, agents, OTAs, and lifestyle collaborators
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to optimise revenue opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Proven Sales & Marketing leadership experience within boutique or luxury resorts
  • Background in properties with less than 80 rooms is essential
  • Demonstrated success in prior S&M roles within resort environments
  • Strong understanding of SEA leisure markets, traveller behaviour, and demand drivers
  • Commercially astute, creative, and hands-on in execution
  • Passion for lifestyle hospitality, guest experience, and brand storytelling
