Rooms Division Manager – Luxury Resort | Southern Africa

An exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing, award-winning luxury resort with over 200 rooms, set in one of Southern Africa’s most breathtaking destinations.

• Award-winning luxury resort with 200+ rooms
• High-occupancy, fast-paced operation year-round
• Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager
• Full responsibility for Front Office & Housekeeping
• Leading and developing teams of 80+ staff
• Hands-on role in a demanding luxury environment
• Exposure to revenue management essential (IDeaS, Fornova, Lighthouse)
• Opera Cloud experience required
• Background in branded 4–5 star, 200+ room properties
• Experience with multicultural teams
• Remote / resort experience highly regarded
• African experience a plus (not essential)
• Single status only
• Immediate start preferred

Package

• US$3,000 net per month
• Full medical cover & pension
