The Opportunity

A landmark resort and hotel complex of over 1,000 rooms in Vietnam is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead its Human Resources function from day one. This is a rare opportunity to shape HR strategy, culture, and operations for a large-scale, high-profile opening.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement all HR functions for the resort and hotel complex

Develop policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business objectives

Oversee talent acquisition, training, and employee development

Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies

Manage HR compliance and labour relations across multiple departments

Partner with senior management to shape organisational culture and operational excellence

About You

• Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader in large-scale hospitality operations
• Experience in openings of large hotels/resorts is highly desirable
• Fluent in Vietnamese (essential) and English
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience managing large HR teams and complex operations
