A leading international hotel group in Tasmania is seeking a highly experienced Front Office Operations Director to oversee guest services, set operational standards, and lead a high-performing team in a busy hotel environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for a rooms specialist from branded properties with more than 200 rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Set and implement standards, procedures, and policies for guest service excellence.

Oversee housekeeping operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Mentor, train, and develop front office and housekeeping teams.

Drive operational performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement in a busy, dynamic environment.

About You:

Extensive experience in rooms operations within branded hotels (200+ rooms preferred).

Proven track record in setting and maintaining operational standards and procedures.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

Exceptional focus on guest service excellence and operational efficiency.
