• Proven experience in ultra-luxury or high-end boutique resorts
• Background with internationally recognised luxury brands or independent icons
• Pre-opening experience is essential
• Fluent in three languages, including English and German
• Strong leadership presence with a guest-centric mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational excellence
• Experience managing multicultural teams in remote or island locations
