Business Development Manager- Hospitality Recruitment – Africa

Either Full Time or Freelancer 

Ideal Applicant:

• Must have an existing and active hospitality network across Africa
• Strong and proven track record in client relationships within the hospitality industry
• Business development–oriented, with the ability to build and grow recruitment pipelines
• Sharp and confident negotiator, able to close roles and manage stakeholder expectations
• Solid hospitality industry experience (hotels, resorts, F&B, leisure, or related sectors)
• Open to working across all locations and countries in Africa
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and network strength
• Reports directly to Senior Partner
