Business Development Manager – Africa (Hospitality Recruitment)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the African hospitality market.

This role is part-time and can be performed remotely from any location, with a strong emphasis on business development and relationship building across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow new business opportunities in the recruitment industry across hospitality markets in Africa

Leverage an established hospitality network to generate qualified leads

Actively network with hotel owners, operators, investors, and senior executives

Represent the business professionally across multiple African regions

Candidate Profile

  • Hospitality veteran with strong industry credibility
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Well-connected across one or more African regions
  • Highly sales-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Confident communicator and active networker
